* Students will be asked to send a copy of their student card at igcs2017@sciencesconf.org

• Registration fees include

• Admission to conference sessions
• Conference materials
• Buffets: lunch and dinner on March 23, and lunch on March 24
• Coffee and tea breaks

• Payment modes
  
  
• Payments are possible by bank transfer.
• French participants can pay their registration fees by "bon de commande".
• On site payment  will be possible by cash only. For on site payment, please contact igcs2017@sciencesconf.org

• Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations must be notified by email at igcs2017@sciencesconf.org
• Refund for cancellations received before March 15, 2017 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 €.
• No refund for cancellation received after March 15, 2017.
